The POW! Running Team is a summer program delivered through an interactive game-based curriculum. The curriculum combines self-esteem enhancing lessons and uplifting training that’s aimed to develop each participant physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially.
Girls are empowered with positive self-awareness and increased confidence; a sense of achievement by training and completing a 5K all while celebrating what makes them unique! Participate in a life-changing program!
Well and Strong is a 7-week online program that cultivates a strong mother & daughter relationship, enjoyment of physical activity, intuitive eating, and self-compassion. Mothers and daughters play, cook, and engage their way through lively and interactive lessons to strengthen their bodies and relationship.
